  I'm legally blind I went threw the drive threw to get some food not much just ten dollars worth of food everybody was nice and friendly well I got home and the food I got was so messy where they put way to much condiments on the burger and from where the burgers where made special they had little tags that said how they where to be made well it was folded up in my burgers not just one burger but all there burgers my fries where cold and I was upset cuz I can't see to drive I have to pay someone to drive so I called and spoke with a lady named Diane well....I explain my situation tell her i don't have a ride she tells me she couldn't help that I asked her if she could right it down and replace it on another day she said no I said I can't find a ride and we can't eat this she said well. ..what do u want me to do bring it to u I got mad and said y are u patronizing me she hung up on me a manager hung up on a customer I thought u are supposed to make the customers happy with in reason I thought customer is alwAys right . Boy was I wrong

  Absolutely horrible... Food was cold. My burgers were cold and buns were hard as rocks... This place is disgusting! Never again! Pittiful service and rude employees.

  Last week I rated it 3 stars but now it's one star. I'm literally tired of paying for cold food that's supposed to be hot. I can't even get 2 mins down the road to my house and eat warm to Luke warm fries. I pay for the meal and get shafted everytime. I wish I could say better things for the laughing crew. Well if they knew how upset they were making the customers they wouldn't be so happy go lucky. I'll start going to the subway right next to it at least I don't have to worry about potato chips going cold..... Get it together you have such an easy job. You're not networking youre dropping frozen fries into a fryer. Oh well will not be contributing to the b/s that is this McDonalds.
