  Don't get me wrong...I love Arby's...love their variety and no one does roast beef better...BUT...the service at this location is average at best. We stood in line during a one-hour lunch break waiting to place our order with only one register open. It was being ran by an apparent manager. Another manager came and opened the register next to her leading us to think the line would start moving faster. The guy at the register was from a hospital and had multi orders with a stack of credit cards in his hand. When the other manager opened her register, the first lady shut hers down...still leaving us in a long line short on time. We walked out and went to another restaurant where we enjoyed open-faced roast beef sandwiches with great service. Sorry, Arby's, but you lost us on this. Both managers should have AT LEAST got the orders taken and started in rotation and then helped with the orders in the back once they were up on the screens. Very poor judgment on your part and lost customers to go with it...

  Lettuce was warmer than the meat on the gyro sandwich and service was extremely slow as if everyone was walking around in a daze
